Your Tasks

  • Aktive Unterstützung und Umsetzung strategischer und operativer Projekte inklusive der Prozessoptimierung
  • Verantwortung für die Zieldefinition, Regelentwicklung und die Organisation von projektbezogenen Veranstaltungen
  • Umsetzung von Sonderprojekten sowie Kommunikation und Lösungsfindung bei Abweichungen
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten und Entscheidungsvorlagen sowie Präsentationen
  • Erarbeitung von KVP-Methoden und Werkzeugen zur Optimierung der Abläufe in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Fachbereichen
  • Planen der Produktionsreihenfolge und Einsteuern von Projekten in Abstimmung mit den Fachbereichen
  • Überwachung und Steuerung des aktuellen Fortschritts der Einzelphasen in den Projekten
  • Abstimmung und Nachverfolgung bei Kapazitätsengpässen
  • Umsetzung von Reports zum Erfüllungsgrad der geplanten Aufträge
  • Monitoring und Überwachung der Projektfortschritte in Zusammenarbeit mit Schnittstellen
  • Fertigungsprozesse optimieren und absichern durch Implementierung von neuen Methoden / Instrumenten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Optimierung des Global-Planning-Prozesses 

Your Skills

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium als Wirtschaftsingenieur, Maschinenbauingenieur oder abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung als Techniker/Meister mit einschlägiger Erfahrung in vergleichbaren Tätigkeiten
  • Erste Erfahrung im Bereich Produktionsplanung mit Kenntnissen im Bereich der Arbeitsvorbereitung
  • Idealerweise Kenntnisse im Lean-Management, Projektmanagement sowie in der Anwendung von KVP-Methoden und Werkzeugen
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit Hands-on-Mentalität, Teamwork, Zuverlässigkeit und ein gutes technisches Verständnis
  • Lösungs-, prozess- und kundenorientiertes Handeln sowie selbstständige, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office-Anwendungen, insbesondere Excel und einem ERP-System
